This week's issue of The Pendulum is filled with great information that directly affects YOU! We have coverage of the proposed increase in tuition, the future of Middle Eastern study abroad programs and the historically high level of stress found in college students, specifically freshman.

Part of our goals for this year is to bring fresh content to you, our audience, every day and to help you stay updated on issues not just on campus, but also across the country and world as well. As a result, we are introducing "Sunday Sweep," where we'll deliver condensed coverage of an important issue that we'll be looking into in the coming weeks. With everything from Google Maps, to New York Times articles to Tweets, we're bringing you the best ways to stay up to date with the world and your community. Check this blog every Sunday night for the latest "Sweep" - we are also working to create an e-mail list that can deliver it directly to your inbox, so let us know if you'd like to sign up.

On Mondays on this blog, we will also be previewing our online content for the week, letting you know what you can look for every day of the week. This includes everything from coverage of SGA meetings, to campus events, to articles that matter to you. And as always, if you have ideas for stories or an event you'd like to see covered, don't hesitate to contact us. We're always open to new ideas and new writers, especially.

That being said, don't forget to read The Pendulum online or in print this week! You won't regret it.
