The Men's Basketball game this Saturday, Jan. 18 marks the first time that the Phoenix will host a top-25 opponent at Alumni Gym. Despite leading the Southern Conference in field goal, three point and free throw percentage, the Phoenix has did not see the same success against Duke and Colorado.
The men shot a combined 36 percent against Duke and Colorado and were outrebounded by a total of 95-63 in those two games.
Tickets are already sold out for the 7 p.m. start, but the Phoenix athletic deparment has announced that it plans to sell a limited number of standing-room only tickets on Saturday afternoon.
