A stop sign was removed from the corner of an Elon intersection off-campus, according to a recent police report.
The stop sign was allegedly stolen at the corner of Ball Park Avenue and Lynn Street. It’s one block south of the Elon first Baptist Church and west of the Station at Mill Point.
The report says officer Robert Lovett of the Town of Elon Police was flagged down by two people. They then advised the officer that the stop sign was missing, according to the report.
The Elon police are still investigating this case.
