After going 5-0 at home in the 2022 regular season and 8-3 overall, Elon University football looks to improve itself with the announcement of the 2023 schedule Jan. 10.
Its first matchup will be non-conference play against Wake Forest University on Aug. 31.
Hall of Fame Weekend, as well as the first home game and Colonial Athletic Association matchup for the Phoenix, will be Sept. 16 against North Carolina A&T.
The team will face William & Mary Sept. 30 for Family Weekend. A week later, it will face North Carolina Central in the final non-conference game of its season.
The Phoenix will face Monmouth University on Oct. 21 for Homecoming Weekend.
The Phoenix will come back home Nov. 18 to face Hampton University in its final game of the regular season, looking to punch another ticket into the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision playoffs.
