Design has always been in my life. As a child, I always loved coloring books or sketching in my notebook during class. Throughout the years, I have watched this passion evolve, moving from art classes in elementary school to a Creative Arts program in middle school, and eventually stumbling upon programs like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator in high school. Of course, it was no question when I began to study Communication Design at Elon University. At Elon, I found the whole world of communications fascinating, especially working with people in design work and that I love working with people in general. In the future, I would love to do web or app design work, as I love layout design as a whole and would really love to help create or recreate the format for the online presence of some companies. In the past, I have taken courses that focused on coding and website design in HTML and CSS that interested me heavily, specifically work in UX and UI design. Either way, I'm very excited for what the future holds and would love to work alongside a creative team to better learn the world of design.
