After making the conference finals for the first time last year, the Elon men’s soccer team returned to Rhodes Stadium for an Aug. 19 exhibition game against East Tennessee State University.
Elon University’s women’s soccer team was defeated by the Virginia Tech Hokies 5-1 at Rudd Field Aug. 28, making the team 1-1-1 this season.
While head coach Kathy Bocock serves as a daily role model for Elon University softball players, she became more inspiring to the team when she hit 500 wins as a softball coach during their victory against College of Charleston on April 9. Reaching that 500th win has now placed her as one of the most successful coaches in the history of Elon softball.
All renovations and construction are scheduled to be complete by the time Elon’s regular season ends on May 21.
The Elon University women's basketball team added some firepower over the off-season, adding transfers junior Bria Harmon and sophomore Ajia James to the roster.
Moving from country to country her whole life because of her dad’s work, the Elon University tennis player has found tennis to be the one thing that followed her everywhere.
